Our shoes are made by specialized handcraftmen from Buenos Aires. Authentic and Genuine tango ballroom argentine dance shoes. They are suitable for any kind of ballroom dance such as salsa, rumba, etc.

The materials used are: genuine argentine leather, fine suede, patent leather, lame or villone, depending on the style. Our products are of high quality, being their productive process exposed to strict controls.

Shoes are handmade according to your measurements, so please, wait for measuring instructions after making your purchase. Wide range of different styles, colours, materials and heel heights to choose from. They are soft and comfortable, prepared with extra arch support made of steel and extra foot padding.

Custom Built Shoes with a Personal Touch

After searching for months for the perfect ballroom shoes, I ordered a pair from Mythique. Expecting to get a pair pulled from inventory and sent to me, I was pleasantly surprised to discover that the Mythique shoes are "custom" built. I was given instructions on how to measure for exact sizing and sent in detailed measurements, as well as a tracing of the shape of my feet. Their attention to detail was great, with a couple of back and forth e-mails to help clarify and ensure a perfect fit.The process takes a few weeks, but when the shoes did arrive, they truly felt "custom." The company is great to work with and I appreciated the person attention I received, as well as the follow-up after delivery asking about fit. This is a top notch company and I would not hesitate to purchase additional shoes from them!

" After dancing for years I decided to finally buy some dance shoes. I saw some great reviews about Mythique. I had a really nice experience dealing with Miguel. He sent me directions to measure my feet and checked back when my measurements were a bit off. I finally got it right. Miguel set the right expectation of how long it would take to produce the shoes since they aren't mass produced. "
