Love these pearls. I bought these pearls for myself, and,I am very pleased with the way they look and feel. This is a nice addition to my jewelry collection and I will pass them on to one of my granddaughters, two of which were born in June. I have many sets of pearls, and, these are one of my favorites. Great looking and comfortable for tango.

Seller: It takes about a month to get the shoes from start to finish. They are shipped from Argentina. Once you've paid, Miguel sends you information and a link to specify your size. You can submit via email, a drawing of your feet, with measurements. Based on this, he suggests three standard sizes for you, and you choose one. Then he gets the shoes made and mails them to you. I found Miguel's communication great, he knows English very well, and is very detailed and responsive.Shoes: The colour is a tad lighter than what I saw in the photos. They still look great though, and go well with light as well as dark trousers. The shoes themselves are very comfortable. I found the process described above to actually work perfectly (for me). I have now danced two 3+ hour long milongas in these shoes, with absolutely no problems. No break-in needed. The heel bottom material is some weird thing that I've never seen before. It feels like hardened wax, and I thought that it would stick to the floor when I saw it initially. However, it seems to work just fine. It needs to be seen how long it lasts though. The stitching looks of good quality, but I've had the shoes for too short a time to really comment on this.Price: Tango shoes go anywhere from about $120 to $200, so these are close to the bottom of that range.

WARRIOR - BASEBALL BAT

I ordered this TPX WARRIOR bat for my 7 year old son who plays coach pitch. He was swinging the NIKE AERO bat 28 in.\15.5 oz. The NIKE was really light weight and useful training him to make consistent contact,but it lacked "POP". Since, our league banned 2 3/4 in. barrels, I purchased the newly released WARRIOR(30in\17 oz.) and I could not believe the difference in his hitting. My sons swing is the same, but his hits are now much harder than with the NIKE. Even his weak ground balls are fast and hard to handle. The coaches have complimented his hitting and I believe that it is attributed to this bat. I highly recommend this bat. It is also very inexpensive compared to some of the other brands......Dont fall for the hype of the other brands. A seven year old kid doesnt need a 200.00 bat....the WARRIOR will do just fine.

I don't know what size bat is pictured, but the section of the barrel on the 26" bat which is actually 2 1/4 wide is very short. The full width doesn't start until you get to the "i" in Warrior. It does not look like the photo.

Amazing Backpack

This is an incredible, awesome backpack. Read the features and you will be amazed how many things Topeak got right in terms of design. I am using it for my road biking.What's great:1. The air core - it works. The air chambers embedded in the bag hug you comfortably and at times, you even forget the bag is there. Additionally, to me, the Air Core may have a hidden safety feature. Think of the backpack as an inflatable jacket. If you fall, it will be an additional layer of protection to cushion the impact and perhaps protects the spine. In all fairness, falling on your back on a bike is probably rare. Note that this is NOT an advertised feature and Topeak makes no such claim at all but having an inflatable backpack behind your back is logically a better option than a T-shirt plus bare skin?2. The pockets and multiple compartments just make sense.3. The helmet carrier, that is deployable, is a stroke of genius.4. LightweightWhat are unknown:1. I have not tested its ability to keep the contents dry. Is the material water proof or at least water resistant? Do I need to deploy the rain shield during a light shower?2. The backpack has a deployable rain shield at the bottom of the pack and I need to test it under real conditions i.e. when it rains heavily.3. Is the backpack durable?What's not so great?I wish it is an all black pack. And I get to decide the color of the zip which is yellow right now. My best Christmas present ever

This is a jaw dropping series of seven strands of blue/green/black pearls that absolutely glow. Everyone (and I do mean everyone) has a comment about this piece. It dresses up a white oxford at work, or a black leather jacket for the weekend. I have never seen or worn anything like it. The quality is high, it is tightly strung, and the customer service is spectacular. Highly recommend.It needs a matching bracelet.

HG DIVA necklace

I purchased this for my wife. It's a very nice necklace, but not really black--more of a blueish tint (reason for four stars instead of five). I purchased some HG black pearl earrings at the same time to go with this necklace, but they don't match very well because the earrings are a true black. When they arrived I was pretty disappointed but decided not to send them back because they are pretty and figured my wife can wear the earrings and necklace separately. If I hadn't purchased the black earrings, the blue tint wouldn't have bothered me. Both were listed as having a minimum color of black.

Very comfortable shoes, good looking and great for Argentine Tango

This is my second purchase from Mythique (Miguel), so I didn't need to go through their usual fitting process (described in my review for Mythique's Brian). It took about a month to get the shoes from the time I ordered them, which is about the same as the previous time. The shoes look much better than the Amazon photo. They have increased in price by about $20 from last time (now $138), but are still very much worth it. I was able to get a much better fit this time around, and find the shoes great for dancing long milongas. Again, there was no break-in required. Very comfortable, I have zero pain wearing them, right from the start. I absolutely love the shoes.A comment on the bag that comes with the shoes, having had one from my previous shoes for a bit over 6 months now, this could be of a better quality - it is of a very thin material that starts disintegrating from the top where the pull cord goes in, within 4-5 months of continuous use. I doubt it will last over 8 months. Luckily, I have bags from the other shoes I threw away in favour of the Mythiques.

Great brush.

This is a really beautiful brush. I was looking for a replacement for an entry level badger brush and decided to find a nice silver tip to see if they live up to the hype. I also decided if I was going to spend the money I wanted something with a bit of class and not a mass produced machine made product, so I opted to search out a nice hand made brush. This brush is beautiful, comes in a nice case, that I don't use now that the brush hangs on its stand. The brush itself is incredibly plush and soft. I confess that I had issue building a lather the first few days, but that was really due to the fact that this brush can hold so much more water than my old badger brush, I was actually diluting my own lather. Once I figured the ratio in the new brush, the lather is amazing, I can easily get enough lather for my 3 passes and one touch up/buffing pass.This is a really nice brush, yes it is a tad on the expensive side, but you could spend the same or more on an Art Of Shaving brush without the classiness or history. Good buy if you are looking to enhance your shaving "me" time, and enjoy using fine products. IMHO this is not a must have brush, more like a "I would really like to have one of those brushes." type of brush. And if you do receive one as a gift or buy one you will be extremely pleased with it. (still worth popping in your wish list :-), who knows maybe someone else will buy it for you)If you just want a good silvertip brush and really don't care if its traditional styling, handmade or any of those type issues, then there are plenty of really nice silver tip brushes that are a lot less expensive.

Great brush

Like the other reviewer, I was looking for a replacement for my old brush, which was also my first. Needless to say I did not take very good care of my old one, so it only lasted a few years for me. Since I love straight razor shaving, I decided to dish out the extra $ for this one.It does come in a very nice case, which I plan on using as a traveling case for the brush since it holds the brush very well. It is definitely a quality brush, I only used it once and got fantastic lather, and enough lather to shave twice. I did not lose a single bristle on the first shave, compared to my first brush which lost at least 2 every time I made a lather.If you want a good quality brush, this is definitely worth it. Provided you want to spend the money for it.

Bottom Line

This is a fantastic brush. It is probably more than you "need" but it feels like heaven on your face. People say that you really can't tell the difference between a $60 dollar badger brush and a high end silvertip like this one... trust me... you can. I have recently gotten into the shave crave, and I actually bought a $60 brush. Here's what happened: Hairs fell, low water retention, slower lather, and rougher on face. Trust me, there is a difference. Do you NEED that difference? Absolutely not. Do you WANT that difference... Hell yeah! I am so excited when I use this brush that I intentionally lather 3-4 times "just in case I missed something" The circular motion feels spectacular and the side to side is out of this world... This brush truly caresses your face. If you've got it, GET IT!

Good Deal

Recently received these in the mail after a long, or what seemed long to me, anticipated wait! I'm very satisfied with the wheels, they are just as described I only wish it came with a cog and lock ring already so I can throw them on my bike and ride right now! They do not have the big track attack sticker, it is now replaced by a smaller easily removable origin8 sticker. They are light and the sealed bearings spin smooth. I've been use to riding fixed with unsealed bearings for over 5 years and I figured it was time my wheelset needed an upgrade and I'm glad I went with these. The red anodized color looks awesome! I like the price and love the wheels.

Very nice for the money

This was my first time buying deep v wheels. I bought these and re-laced a Sturmey Archer 2 speed kickback into the rear wheel for a custom build. I was able to reuse the rear spokes. The rims were true side to side but both were a little out of round. The red anodized finish is awesome. This is a great wheel set!

Holy Smokes! WHAT a shave!

I resumed wet shaving last July after about 20 years of using cartridges (what the hell was I thinking?). I've been using an EJ Best Badger, which is an excellent brush. However, after reading about silvertip badger, I knew I had to have one. I did a lot of research, and decided finally on the Kent BLK 4. It was an excellent choice.PACKAGING: Whoa! Talk about class, luxury, and any other superlative one cares to insert. The BLK 4 is housed in a beautiful, red leatherette cylinder with gold pinstriping that is lined with red felt. The cylinder snaps open /closed, and the Kent logo is embossed in the felt lining. Also, there's a little indentation on which the base of the brush stands. Essentially, it's a travel and storage case. A beautiful extra, and indicative of a quality product.THE BRUSH: In a word, "elegant." This is a soft brush, perfect for those who lather with shaving cream in a bowl, mug or scuttle. I haven't yet tried it with face lathering using a soap puck, but suspect that this brush is best used with a cream. The bristles are perfect, and there is no funky smell at all. I've shaved with it but once, and the brush did not lose any hair. Impressive. The shaving experience is pillowy soft ... There is no scrub, scritch, or any type of scratching at all. For those who like to paint their lather onto the face and don't like bristly, scratchy exfoliant-type brushes, the BLK 4 is for you. I've read where some find the brush to be "floppy." I disagree. It has decent backbone and is not a flop-fest. However, if you want a very stiff, scrubby brush, then look elsewhere. The handle feels just right in my hand (I prefer brushes on the smaller side), and has a nice weight to it. The faux ebony look is awesome, and that cool, Kent logo with the royal warrant language on it is the icing on the cake. Totally classy.All in all, the BLK 4 is an amazing shaving tool. Highly recommended.

This is a great set if youre looking for a good and cheap replacement for your current wheelset. Came packaged very nice with the quick release skewers as well. Would buy again!
