Fantastic violin-owned for 2 years

Purchased on a whim wishing to learn violin on my own. Playing with earpiece is comfortable and convenient, but I also hook up to Wood Violins amp when I don't wish to be "silent". Violin sounds terrific, especially using any of the sound effects. Don't expect it to sound like an acoustic. Great violin to take on vacation since it's not affected by humidity as regular violins.

Very nice. New technology, the best way to practice and perform.Now more people play electrical guitar than acoustic guitar. I think more people will play electrical violin than acoustic violin.Love it, this is the best way to practice violin without trouble your neighbors. And you can adjust your tones like a electrical guitar.What a deal.

Yamaha SV-150

A classic violin player for 40 years, I can't play where I live without waking up the whole building. SV-150 provides the possibility to train at any time of the day or night. Don't expect the same sound as a true violin, nor the same feel. If only because the SV-150 is way easier to play than a true violin. However, it does the trick nicely
