Poor Quality

I buy Ralph Lauren products because of their quality; however, I wore these shoes once, and the glued-in insole in the left shoe came unglued and ended up stuck to my foot (I was on vacation and away from the hotel, so I had no choice but to keep walking, so it only got worse). It's a small issue, but it felt like there was gum inside the shoe every time I took a step. It drove me nuts! I returned them, and I'm buying a different pair from Brooks Brothers. I gave the pair 2 stars because they actually looked great and the shoe on the right foot felt fine. Maybe you'll have better luck than me.

Bought these because the Sperrys were backordered. One weekend of wear and the metal rings on the side were falling out and dangling on the lace. Shoe repair couldn't do anything about it, so I just returned them. Too bad 'cause they looked great.

Awesome everyday shoes

I'm not sure exactly what problems other people had with these, but my experiences have only been awesome. I've had these for over a year now and have worn them walking on numerous occasions on all different types of surfaces. They look absolutely fantastic and I've recieved numerous compliments on them. They're really comfortable too. My friend owns the same pair and I haven't seen them off of his feet yet. Maybe we got lucky? all I know is they're great shoes and I recommend them to anyone looking into buying themP.S. They look even better the more you wear them, after the leather gets worn in!
