This is a great deal..locally, the prices were nuts, one place was going to give it to me for 50% off and the final price was $495! I'm guessing tourists from some other country might bite...I love the watch...I am wondering if I would have liked the left hand version better. The stem does dig into my hand a bit, but if I was looking for comfort, I would not have bought this giant watch! It is my favorite watch in my collection.

Nice Watch

I didn't give this five stars only because of the watch band. It is very low quality and is subject to cracking/breaking around the stainless steel ornamental pieces. However, this is solved by simply buying a nice leather watch band. The watch itself is very nice. Keeps very good time and looks great. You will get compliments on it. It is large and takes some getting used to but it looks and feels natural once it is on your wrist. I bought another Invicta Russian Diver in gold because I like it so much. Good watch, horrible band.

I like this watch a lot. As other reviewers have mentioned, it is HUGE and if you are moving around a lot the crown may dig into your hand if you wear it on your left hand. The watch seems indestructible. I'm pretty rough on my gadgets and this watch has passed all the tests so far. It keeps time flawlessly and it looks great. It works for most occasions. It could probably take a small caliber bullet and keep ticking, no joke.I have one complaint and it isn't a huge deal- this is the chronograph model which features 3 extra dials. I was under the impression that the large second hand (the one you would find on any watch) would tick to keep the seconds- but with this watch the large second hand is used in conjunction with the chronograph, while the small dial to the right keeps seconds constantly, like when the chronograph is not being used. I own several watches with chronographs, and this is the only one that does this. I can't imagine why, it seems rather backwards to me. Especially since, when the chronograph is reset, the large red second hand returns to the 12:00 position and obstructs the view of the date window. At first I thought I may have received a hay-wired watch, but after reading the directions it appears this is normal for this model. Like I said it's not a huge deal and this is still a very nice choice- but I am kind of hung up on aesthetics and this is my one complaint.
