It was delivered in the evening, by a really nice man. I liked this because I did not have to take time off work.My son and I unpacked the box, and found it came with the seat backs off. This was really nice, as we could easily carry the lower part into the front door. The seat backs slide onto bayonet style stays, super easy. I think it took us 15 minutes (I also got the companion couch).It is not glossy as the picture shows, but it is very comfortable, with firm supportive padding. Goes into a full recline.I am really pleased with how it all came together.
