I ordered this boat for my 15 yr. old son who loves fishing. when i received it, it was packaged well, though missing a part for the pole(when vendor was notified, was Very quick to send me missing parts) my son was quick to try out (after not charging battery properly) again vendor quick to improve my satisfaction without much resistance sent new battery and charger to make sure it worked properly and we were Very happy with the Product. we are really looking forward to trying out on a larger lake than the bath tub. soon and we will send a video of our experience and the great big smiles we anticipate on our faces after using. I will do business in the future with this vendor guarantee.
