Outstanding value

I had been looking for a 30 inch, counter height, wood,cherry table that would fit in my kitchen for quite some time. I looked around, in area furniture stores but either all I could find was glass/metal in a size I wanted or nice wood but too big. I was hesitant about ordering furniture online but decided to give it a try since I couldn't find anything locally.A few days after purchase, 3 boxes showed up on my door step. Table top in one box, legs in another and chairs in another still. After opening them and inspecting the contents I was relieved that there was no damage, these items were really packaged well. The first thing I noticed was how solid this item is.Assembly is required and not too difficult although I do have to admit the first chair assembly took a lot longer than the second, but the table went together in a snap. The only tool needed that wasn't supplied was a screw driver although I would suggest a drill with the proper bit to really tighten the chair struts.The quality of the wood is outstanding, this is a solid durable piece. The finish is very nice and exactly what I was looking for. The chairs are a little hard, but they are solid wood so I'll just get a couple of cushions.This definitely was a great purchase and I am extremely happy with the product. Makes a nice place for morning coffee or a night conversation with a friend.
