Packing is what missed the five starts

The rack and the way it's built works great. Very stable yet I mounted to wall due to kids running around that could Bump into it. My only complaint is the way it's packed allows parts to rub and scratch each other. Went through three racks before I had one not all scratched up. The company is aware and now trying to fix packaging. I kept it at 4 stars because the company is trying and worked with me, the rack itself when it's in all its glory would of got five stars
