It really does help.

I bought this for my 2012 Honda Shadow Phantom. It fits on the stock seat very well and doesn't look out of place.I got this after attempting a 6 hour ride out to the mountains. After 2 hours my butt was so sore that we'd have to stop every 45 minutes just to walk around a little bit. The pain was very specific; right where the bone met the seat. I could shift around a little bit, but after awhile it was really not any fun.This product isn't going to make a 6 hour trip effortles, but it has about doubled the time between breaks, reduced the length of time you need on the break, and although I haven't tried it, you could potentially try different inflation settings to change up the way it fits for an even longer ride.

Enjoying long rides without discomfort. Before I could only go about an hour without my sit-bones getting sore. Most comfortable with very little inflation.

we travel alot and a normal weekend is ride is always over 200 miles, with the airhawk numb butt is gone and we will be adding another 100 miles to the just for fun rides!
