By Amy Miles
We just installed this faucet last week and love it so far. Installation was mostly straightforward. I'm a woman and I installed it MYSELF! I love that it came with special tools designed for tightening some of the nuts. The only tool I needed was a wrench to tighten the water lines. The most difficult part of installation was trying to work under the sink and turning off the water supply- the knob was stuck!I love the magnetic spray head. We used to have a pull-out faucet (versus this pull-DOWN) faucet and it was always a pain getting the head to go back into the faucet without the hose twisted and jamming. The pulling oepration is always smooth with little resistance.Another HUGE plus of this faucet is the sprayer button. Many faucets we considered required you to hold down the spray button to keep the sprayer going. This faucet has a switch so you just select the sprayer or the regular flow and it stays on that setting without having to hold the button in.The handle operation seems very sturdy and smooth - definitely not rickety. The soap pump was super easy to install as well. The top part that you push down on is plastic, but I'm sure it is easily replaceable down the road if it ever gets nasty. With frequent cleaning/soaking, I'm sure it will last a while. The piece that attaches to the sink is stainless steel, however, so as long as that's durable, I'm okay with the top part being plastic.I am 100% satisfied with this faucet. It was such a great value for how durable and sturdy it is. We tried this one out at Menards as well as another Delta model that was in the $300 range and they both felt the same. Our faucet was on sale at Menards for $165 (on sale from $188 regular price). And as always, the lifetime warranty is great reassurance, and is a major reason we chose Delta over a knock-off brand.

By J. Patterson
i have a mixed review for this item.Im reveiwing this as a contractor, I do kitchens all the time and have used many different brands and type of faucets. The faucet looks real nice and installed relatively easy for the job. (small cabinet with a corner location). The long factory installed supply tubes make it easier. The hold down hardware was tough to tighten with the plastic socket they give youMy problem is with the weight that pulls down the "Pullout" it seems heavy enough but it slides on the braided hose so it doesn't retract the hose all the way.For what i paid for the faucet i should not have to retrofit it.Moen uses a clamp on weight that seems to work better that way you can move the weight toward the downward part of the hose pull out so there is a constant weight on the pullout.I'm not sure i would use this product again.Delta needs to fix that part.

By M. Jania
I've had this faucet for about two months now. It looks a lot better than on the picture. It is a staple of the kitchen, amazing sight. The one fault I have is the water control, it is really hard finding just warm water. It goes from cool, cold to hot. There are three people using this sink regularly and we've all had the same comment so it's not just me. The setting is there but it's so there's no way you will learn the "magical spot" and be able to hit it on the whim. Every time you need lukewarm water, you have to play with it a bit. The one fault of this otherwise amazing faucet
