Ring is great, exchange policy not so much

Ring itself it great. Husband says super comfortable and loves the hammered texture! BUT I originally purchased the same ring only in a size 12. When purchased it was on sale. Gave this to my husband for Christmas and it was too large. Requested an exchange for size (from 12 to 11.5) and was charged an additional $47.42 because the ring was no longer on sale. I think thats a pretty crappy exchange policy!!

I couldn't be happier with this ring!! I was totally skeptical buying a wedding ring for my Fiance` off the internet, but I'm so happy I did! The size was perfect, it light weight, and it wasn't as dark as it looks in the picture!! By the way HE loved it when I showed it to him!!!

I loved it. I spent 3 weeks looking for one for my boyfriend. And this one was chosen. Even though he lost it 2 weeks after I gave it to him, I wanted him to know that I love him. And this said it.
