5happy as a work horse

This saw exceeds my expectations. Being it has a diamond blade it also cuts 3/8 plate steel like butter. It cuts stone faster than I expected it to. It is going to be another work horse of a tool.

4Surprisingly good!
By Jeffsky
Bought this saw to do a prefab quartz countertop in the bathroom. I had done multiple stone tile installs but was always a little scared of cutting a slab so this was my first. The saw worked really well considering the price, cutting the quartz fairly effortlessly, and it includes a blade. Cutting a very straight line was a little tricky at first and was actually easier with the guide against a straight edge and not the edge of the slab. I bought a contour blade for a sink cutout which worked reasonably well. The sink was a vessel sink so the cutout smoothness was not too important. I only gave the saw four stars because the guide was hard to get just right and the markings on the distance to blade were not in normal 1/8, 1/4, 1/32 increments buy rather 10 notches per inch and straightness of the cuts was not prefect but I might be able to get them better with a little practice. Overall a good purchase and the finished install looked great.
