Good deal, but no communication

I bought this item as a birthday present for my brother. The price was good, and all seemed right...initially. However, after the purchase confirmation via Amazon checkout, I heard nothing more. No shipping notice, no delivery, etc. I found out that my brother had in fact received the jersey when he called to thank me for it. Otherwise, I had no clue what was going on. He received it in good condition within the expected delivery timeframe, but had he not...well...???This lack of any follow-up is why I gave this a 4-star...everything else was 5-star. If you're fine with living on faith rather than being about to confirm the process...until the product is received, then you'll be very happy with your purchase. And once you do know it's been delivered, however you know that (but not via the vendor), you'll be happy.
