5Saga banjo neck
By Robert T Goodwin
This old pot belonged to a banjo-mandolin from the 1930's. I replaced the mando neck with the Saga unfinished neck. The old neck was attached with a wooden dowel rod which I replicated and attached to the new neck. It worked great. The neck required very little finish sanding - I added a peg head and heel cover and the hardware.

3alright..
By Donny
well heres how it is. if you dont know much about making a banjo dont waste your time. you'll give up. the rods in the heel are not as shown in the picture. they are WAY WAY shorter they are about an inch long. witch is about what the width of my pot was. so you can imagine my flustartion. i had to carve out a buch just to get a nut on there. (does not come with) a real head ache. but may work for you
