Disappointed

Bought these for their reputation for a quality product & also that Warren Buffet would have done much research prior to buying the company.Very disappointed that the leather support around the heal area has not stood up to 3 months wear. This has subsequently meant that the sole has worn unevenly on the heel making them unwearable.Getting the sole repaired but the repairer, 16 years exp, did comment on the fact that recycled products being utilised in footwear soles are not lasting very well. will see what happens when they are returned.I do have another pair of boots with the Vibram sole, different brand, & time will tell if they have the same compound as these with the substandard wear rates.

Walking on clouds

I bought these for work. These are one of the most comfortable boots on earth! The only bad thing is they didn't have a 5.5 in mens or boys which is what I wear.. Now I have a pair that are a tad big on me, I just wear them in the winter with my thick socks. Great boot just have to get your size right .

They are comfortable right out of the box and nice to look at. I did not notice any break in period. Also they are way lighter than my Rockies. Redwings won't be getting any more of my money.
