Works Great

I get a sore back about 3x per year where I can barely walk and I was tired of using ziplocs with ice cubes. I have a 33" waist and the Large was perfect and would be for much larger also. The packs slide in nicely and although the plastic seems thin around the ice they haven't been pierced after 5 or 6 uses now. Gets right to the correct spot and really cold. Combine with my Ball and heating pad it is great.
