These shoes really help my feet. They are great for people with overpronation.I have tried other shoes, including Brooks Beast but Saucony has been the best shoe that i have tried to keep my feet from hurting.

A pretty good shoe.

Having worn the Saucony Men's ProGrid Stabil CS Running Shoe now for about a month, or, 300 miles pavement and even 'X' miles indoors, I can say that this pair of shoes hasn't let me down so far. The overall performance is solid and the shoes are really very durable. The comfort is average, or possibly a little better. These shoes are good running, walking, or standing for hours on end, unlike the conventional running shoe. I probably wouldn't choose the ProGrid Stabil for a competition unless I had to, although they are worthy of strong running. I've also noticed they don't get very hot, so kudos Saucony on this particular running shoe.One perk I noticed with the ProGrid Stabil is that, unlike per-se.. the Saucony Shadow series, the big toe area doesn't push upwards through the mesh quite as much and therefore doesn't drill a hole straight through the top of the fragile cloth webbing by the time you're a mere 100 miles in. There's nothing like having a perfectly functional running shoe with the toe split open, although it did help to vent !I recommend putting in an extra, or modified, insole to maximize what these shoes do for you and your feet.ProGrid Stabil also features ArchLock arch support system which, as far as I can tell, does work to some degree. I haven't had any problems with my arches with this pair of shoes, but I've also worn shoes without a patented arch support feature that still did the job quite nicely.Pros:-Priced well comparatively-Durable-Works well in use-Good traction-Good arch support-Comfortable; extremely comfortable with a new insole-Vents impressivelyCons:-'Medium' weight comparatively-Aero part of insole squeaks already-Color is so-so
