Disappointed

I recieved the ring in the mail today and I opened the box and there was no receipt or packing slip. The ring came in a box inside a felt bag. Some of the silver dots are missing and I am going to contact amazon to hopefully get a new one that has all of the silver dots on it. This ring is beautiful, but if I am going to pay almost 40.00 for a ring I would expect it to be as the picture shows.

I baught this for my girlfriend and she loved it! I comes in a small bag inside a jewelery box. When we recieved it, it was in perfect condition. The wood looked great and so did the silver circles.
