Very nice, but this model doesn't include needed part

I was very pleased with the aesthetic aspect of this trim kit, as it has a beautiful finish and the parts have a lovely shape. However, the buyer should know that in spite of the description, which says "pressure balancing valve cartridge", the rough valve body (known as American Standard R120) is NOT included. This item only has the stuff you see on exterior of the shower wall. This part cost anywhere between $50 and $100 bucks extra depending on where you get it. I suggest if you are a do-it-yourself-er and not particularly knowledgeable about plumbing (like me), find out from the manufacturer what certain model numbers include. Apparently some manufacturers include the valve body and others don't. My contractor was here ready to install, but without the valve piece he had to come back another day.
