First LED fixture = OK!

I bought this fixture to replace a circuline fluorescent ceiling fixture in my home office. When the old fixture conked out, I decided this was a good opportunity to switch to an LED unit. I was little anxious about the minimalist instructions, but having assembled a lot of Ikea furniture, I figured I could handle pictograms. The hardest part of the installation was finding two bolts to connect the unit to the existing ceiling box. These are NOT INCLUDED, nor are the wire nuts you need to connect the wires. I was able to use the nuts from the old fixture, but the bolts that secured it to the ceiling box were too long. Fortunately, we already had some the right size.The light itself is just what I wanted -- bright, energy efficient utility lighting. I have other task lighting in the office, so the ceiling fixture serves mostly as an easy-on light when I walk in the room. Yes, it does have some glare, but I'm not lying on the floor staring at the ceiling, so it doesn't bother me at all. The light color is just fine.
