The best Dutch (sorry, French) oven

This is the third Staub Cocotte that I've purchased (different sizes). I prefer Staub over the other more popular brand because of the black interior enamel that Staub uses. The interior doesn't stain (or if it does you can't tell because it's black) and I think it allows for better searing because it has a slight texture.

I have the Chinese kind, that's why I got a Staub. The difference in quality is great. Can I justify the price differential--yes. My kids will have this long after I am gone. The Chinese one will have cracks soon, and be thrown away.
