Good investment

Firm but not hard...this futon is a great alternative to a regular bed. I travel a lot and keep this with me in my car for when I'm on the road. I have back and neck problems and this futon offers just the kind of support I need. Great for naps in the office!

Shikibuton Futon

So far so good, I've had this product for a little while and love the way it feels when I'm sleeping on it. I used to wake up multiple times a night with my old expensive mattress but then replaced it with two of these and a firmer memory foam top. Now i sleep like a baby and don't wake up at all during the night. It folds up to save space and that allows my bedroom to be much more roomy without the bed taking up most of the space.

Not quite thick enough

I have used a similar bed before. I needed some temporary bedding so I decided to order these. Compared with the tri-fold bed I had before, these are a little less dense, less thick. Still usable, but they need to be a little thicker to be really comfortable.
