Wolo Outer Limits Blue Lens Low Profile Magnetic Mount GEN III LED Warning Light is a 12 volt LED mini bar light has a unique low profile aerodynamic appearance. Using the latest GEN III LED technology, OUTER LIMITS produces an ultra powerful beam of light, which can even be seen in bright daylight. There are six GEN III modules, each containing four 1-watt LEDs, which are long life, maintenance free, and best of all, there are no bulbs to burn out. Microprocessor allows the user to select from eight different light patterns with the simple touch of a button. The control panel can be mounted on the vehicle's dashboard or consol using the double face tape provided. The easy to use control panel has an on/off switch, mode pattern selector and two mini-LEDs that indicate the light pattern in use. The kit comes complete with a 10 feet heavy gauge power cord and a cigarette lighter plug with an internal fuse. The four magnets have adjustable positioning and are rubber covered to prevent scratching the vehicle's paint, while holding the mini light bar securely in place with 4 to 55 pounds of pull strength. Designed to be waterproof for all weather conditions the OUTER LIMITS is ideal for those who require a simple to use, low profile mini bar light with a high intensity output, and low power consumption. Good Emergency Light

Overall this is a pretty awesome light. I already have three lights in my windshield, but I've always wanted a light bar of some kind. I have two Mini Phantoms by Signal Lighting in my headliner and a Whelen Spectir in the middle on my dash. My new Wolo light bar outshines the two Phantoms and is almost equal in strength to my Whelen. For the price you just can't beat this thing. I haven't actually responded with it yet, but it was easy to adjust, cuts through the day and the night, and was super easy to install. I only have a couple gripes with it: There isn't enough wire to hide the cables and there's no good way to install a quick disconnect so the whole thing has to come off. I live in CT, where volunteer firefighters are authorized to run blue lights only. I travel to MA often, where any response lights with blue lenses are reserved for police officers. I have to take it off before I leave so that I don't get pegged for "impersonating an officer." A quick disconnect that would allow me to leave the wires in the car and just remove the light would be awesome. If someone has any ideas for this let me know, I'm open to all suggestions. Over all it's a wonderful addition to my small collection of blue lights and it's a great price too :-D***Quick Note***I ordered this from Amazon and selected next day shipping. It arrived promptly the next afternoon ready to get slapped on the roof of my truck. If you buy it, go through amazon. They seem to have the best price anyway.

Works well except not as bright as my other led lights. For emergency lighting, I would prefer a more expensive light.
