Product Description
The Synapsis helmet is developed to be ultra light, without sacrificing safety. In version 2.0, Synapsis is updated with a turnring adjustment system for improved fit. The unique manufacturing process of the Synapsis 2.0 makes it possible to make a very light helmet, still certified according the CE-1077 as well as ASTM standards. This has been achieved by using POC´s patent pending ballistic Anti Penetration Barrier, APB. In the injection process, the Aramid is placed between the thin outer shell and the liner. This makes the helmet withstand penetration despite its low weight. The optional visor is included.

Flows a lot of air

I bought this helmet before taking a ski trip to Colorado. The helmet would probably fit someone with a more round head a little better. I was initially a little disappointed in the quality of the helmet. I thought for a helmet that retails around the $200 mark, it would be a little nicer quality, but it isn't a festering pile of pooh by any means.One nice thing I noted about the helmet is that it flows a lot of air. When you around traversing the slopes as a decent speed, there is a lot of airflow through the helmet so you're head never really gets hot or sweaty.Overall, I would recommend trying one on in person before buying. Other than that, it fits decent, doesn't get too hot, and so far it seems to be a good helmet.
