Not bad at all

This is my first online purchase for my massage practice, and I was very satisfied. It arrived early, it was in tact except for a small piece on the foot like a rubber stopper it was cracked. It was easy to set up and lightweight as promised. I just graduated and its a perfect starter chair for me. I would recommend it for anyone who is on a budget such as myself and I can upgrade to another chair at a later time. PERFECT STARTER CHAIR FOR A NEW THERAPIST.

You are in for a decent chair but most likely a small headache!

First thing first... just know that different colors of this chair show different reviews...-It DID require assembly, which in other reviews said that it did not. The seat had to be attached to the chair base, which would normally be no big deal. Except the screw they sent for this to be done was too short. I am going out to find a replacement screw and wing nuts and then all will be well.-I read a comment from someone that said the material that covers the the chair wrinkles. I do have that going on even after using the chair just once. But the cushion seems to be a memory foam material, so that is why the material puckers.-I feel the head rest is almost out of reach for the head. It feel like I have to stretch to reach it. I think the padding in the chest plate is too thick, making it hard to place your head in the face rest. And the padding in the face rest to be too thin and not of the same cushion as the rest of the chair. but that is easily replaceable.-One note on the head rest bracket... if you find that it slips, there is a tension screw on one side. Once tightened I had zero problems there.-The chair seems very sturdy when you sit... but I noticed that the backing is all ply wood, I have worries about how the chair will hold up.-Lastly the feet of the chair are just hard plastic with NO grip. I will have to buy a small rug unless i want to be pushing clients across the floor!WHEW!!But for the money I am pleased.

Shipper, Cavalier did a great job getting the item out very quickly. The item itself does the job, but is somewhat cumbersome in adjusting position of head and chest rest. The telescoping mechanism of the headrest is stiff, and the chestrest is secured with a knurled knob. It would have been nice to have a quick flip lever like the headrest. The headrest itself relies on a thin, flimsy piece of plywood to attach the headrest pad. DO NOT pull on this when raising the headrest because the crispy edges of plywood flake off. I'll probably replace this in the near future with a more sturdy piece, but for now, the chair does a good job at what it needs to do once adjusted.
