Missing some nice-to-have extras but overall great bag

I have a 2009 Honda Shadow Spirit and this bag is a perfect addition if your saddle-bags aren't enough. It has a ton of room for all your stuff, and when mounted on the passenger seat, acts as a backrest with pad and all. Once installed you can rig it to be able to take it off in seconds and put it back on in a minute or two.Some reviews I have seen on it say it isn't supported well and feels a little flimsy, but I find that if you take the under-the-seat mounting Velcro mounting straps and cross them in an "X" and add the fast-x clips vertically, it doesn't move around at all, and the support is more than adequate. Don't like the fact the backrest pad is only Velcro'd on - would have liked a way to secure it better, and the mounting instructions and pictures that came with it are not that great. Nice that they included a cable lock, but the thing is low-quality. I could cut it with dikes or smash it with a small hammer, but I guess it is better than nothing. Overall quality on the bag seems good, although an extra zipper on the top compartment so you could zip closed from both directions would have been nice. Also could use some strap retainers added to the fast-x straps. Those minor things make it a four-star instead of a five.If you have the Mustang seat, this is a great addition to it for the added back support. Don't know how well it would fit on the narrow stock Honda backseat as I have a Mustang aftermarket seat (worth its weight in gold), but it would probably fit well given the flexible bottom. Overall, well worth the price if you need additional cargo capability or go on road-trips.
