This item arrived on time, was billed correctly, and met my expectations based no the image showed at Amazon. It was very easy to assemble and I had it working in no time. My 3 cats love it and from the first day could hang on it ;)

The top tier is dangerous and difficult for the cat to get on and off of. Part of the fabric has separated near the scratching post. The baskets are small. It was a little bit of a pain to assemble. However, the cats love it and were all over it as soon as they could be. They love to snuggle in the baskets but don't go in the cubby's much. The material is soft but has a lot of lint. I used a half off amazon code that was available at the time I purchased in addition to a free gift card I had so I got a fantastic deal. I don't think I would pay the price otherwise, even though it is a very large tree. Good but not perfect.

It took us a few minutes to put this one together.. read the instrutions, they are clear. Our 3 cats love this, and use it. The big 18 pounder loves to lay on the top shelf.. no one gets inside the little houses. the hanging bags are too small to hold any of my full grown cats, we put thier toys inside those. it took our cats a few tries to get used to the covering, it's more like a faux fur covering, with a rope wrap on the poles. Our other tree was covered with carpet and the cats did running and climbing on those, these have no grip for their claws when climbing, but are awesome for jumping.
