Nice looking shoe but quality is questionable

I bought this shoe and it fits wells and looks very nice, but the loop that the strap goes through fell off the first time I tried on the shoe. I cannot return the item because the return window date has expired. So my only option is to glue the loop back on or take it to a shoe repair store. Very disappointing.

looks & comfort

I had previously purchched the same sandal in black last summer and wore them with pants and dresses. I received many compliments on them and I could wear them all day comfortably. They give you height w/o the feel of a high heel. One caveat, however, they run slightly narrow.

I LOVE these shoes! The first day I wore them I had many complements, and I wore them all day without my feets, legs, or back hurting; and I wore them all day on my feet teaching! They are also well made and should last.
