Simple but lovely

I've wanted a simple, but attractive pair of gold citrine stud earrings for a long time. These are exactly what I've been looking for. They have a lovely glow... very warm and clear color... and are a nice everyday size. Another reviewer thought these were too small for an adult woman and more suited to a child. I couldn't disagree more. I think the size is absolutely perfect. But I'm not one who enjoys big bulky earrings, so a "modest" size is just right for me. I wear these 24/7 and they're quite comfortable -- I easily sleep on them.I've uploaded a photo so you can see the size. The earrings don't shine like they usually do because I smudged them with a bit of lotion after my shower... so realize that the earrings normally have more sparkle than you'll see from my photo. The pic is strictly to show you the size in relation to a woman's earlobe.

citrine studd earrings

Having just received a beautiful (huge) citrine necklace as a gift, I was very anxious to get some similar earrings. Found these, and I realize they weren't very expensive. When I got them, I was quite surprised at how small they are. They are very good looking earrings, but the size seems more appropriate for a child or younger person. Buyer be warned, you get what you pay for, I shouldn't have expected anything larger for the price I paid. I think the seller should give us a better description on the size of the item being sold. Except for the size, I'm very happy with this purchase.

I bought these for my older sister for Christmas. She wanted stud earrings and loved the shape and quality of the yellow gold in this pair. It did not irritate her sensitive ears whatsoever. Great purchase, but on hindsight a little expensive for such a small onyx jem.
