I purchased this All-in-One headset solution in February 2011 after having reviewed several other options available on the market. It's a little bit pricey, but if you're talking to people constantly via one or more of the following: 1) a SIP desk phone, 2) a VOIP (Skype) connection on your PC/MAC or 3) your cell phone, then this all-in-one headset is a MUST HAVE. I can make/receive calls from all 3 devices using the same headset in all instances. I work from home and oftentimes wear the headset outside (about 50 yards away through several walls), and I still receive incoming calls without problems of static. If using on a PC (my first 7 months use), then you should install the Jabra software for managing the Go 6470. I recently migrated everything to an iMac, and no software installation is required. The iMac recognized it as soon as I plugged it in - you'll need to select the sound output / input preferred (i.e. Jabra Go) in your apps preferences - too simple. Link up to a cellphone is dead easy. Just follow the step-by-step on the Go base station. After that, when my cellphone rings, I also hear it ringing in my headset (in case I've walked away from my desk without my cellphone). Incoming Skype and SIP calls also ring in the headset. Volume control works as advertised. Switching and holding calls between devices takes practice, but works as advertised.My only complaint is that I wish I could take it with me when traveling internationally on long business trips, but that would require taking the Go base station, SIP phone along and I don't want to pack all of that.Feel free to ping me if you have any questions.My rating: 5/5 !!!

Range is not as good as the ATT unit I was using. Purchased this to keep from wearing two ear pieces (one for cell and one for office). My iPhone cell phone voice prompts do not play through the earpiece. You just hear the beeps to make a call or answer, caller ID does not work.
