The right shoe for me

This shoe is basic black so it's a good match with almost any causal wear. Since my feet supinate, the shoe works wonders for me. My hip is somewhat painful in most shoes I have worn. I don't even like going barefoot I like the feeling of wearing this pair of shoes so much.

This is a a great shoe for people with high arches and need good cushioning. I got fitted at a running shoe store with highly knowledgeable staff. Please don't buy shoes on line without proper knowledge of your foot type. I was running with improper shoe type and really hurt my feet and legs by doing so. A high price does not guarantee a good shoe, but you can expect to spend about $100 for a good pair.

I have returned to running after a lengthy hiatus. The Saucony ProGrid Guide 4 running shoes fit the needs of a medium high arch, slightly overpronating runner like me. The shoes offer appropriate support and plenty of ventilation, too.I can't comment on how these shoes will stand up for the runner who puts in a lot of distance on each run but for the runner like me who goes for 5-10 kilometers at a time, these shoes are definitely great!!
