Great shoe if you pronate

The Saucony C52 is a nice firm shoe for those of us who pronate badly and wear the sole on one side.Its comfortable and appears to wear well. Just check that a d width works for you, you may need an E if your foot is a little wide.

Perfect Trail Shoe

I first bought a pair at a running shop to help with ITBS - no help at all and I thought that it was a horribly stiff shoe for impact on my feet. Then I took up trail running...these are the best trail running shoes around. I'm training for an ultra and they give me perfect stability and yet plenty of cushion for super technical and harsh mountain trails. I am SUPER happy that I stumbled upon these - had I not, I would have tried the trails and determined that it was not worth twisting my ankles every other day to run them. But with these shoes I absolutely love running technical trails. I would never suggest them to a road runner and I would suggest nothing else for trails. I love these shoes in the mountains.

This shoe is great for running! I have really flat feet and the support is great! This is my 4th pair of these. I ran a marathon in them last year and plan to run one next year!
