Helps with plantar faciitis.

The Night Splint Dorsal Exoform does help put the plantar tendon back in place when worn overnight. It is not a fix-all for plantar faciitis, but is an essential component for the healing process. Also consider frequent calf stretches (google stretches for plantar faciitis), rolling your foot on a can of frozen juice to reduce inflammation, and visiting a New Balance store for insoles designed for people with this painful foot condition. The splint is reasonably comfortable, considering what it's designed to do. If you have a problem with sweating in the splint, as one reviewer did, just wear a tall sock under it. Hope this helps.
