misleading pant lengths

I ordered a pair of 38 x 30 exactly from the drop down list menu. It says in the text "Cuffed up to 34" or plain finished up to 35" at no extra charge." I expected to receive these cuffed at 30". Instead, I got an unfinished pair of pants. Ridiculously long with no hemming. I'll have to take them somewhere to get them sized. I think for a pair of cotton pants, $109 is ridiculously expensive anyway but I thought I'd at least get them in my size and hopefully pressed. For $109, I could have bought a very similar pair at a local store, had them fitted, hemmed and pressed.While I will eventually like them, it just annoys me to order something expecting them to be fully finished. Amazon should remove their drop down menu and state these will come without any type of hemming.
