Smaller than they appear, but GORGEOUS!

I know the title says "mini," but I didn't realize that these are so much smaller than a typical chandelier earring. They're lovely -- a little over an inch without the hook, and brilliantly gleaming silver (reminds me of how Tiffany silver shines, uh, shinier than other silver jewelry I have). The craftsmanship is exquisite -- the little discs are all hand-laid so they're very painstakingly made and it shows. They jingle nicely when you move, too. :) I was worried the leaf things would not align nicely since nothing anchors them down, but for the most part they seem to fall just as they should.I *strongly* recommend getting some of those little plastic back things for the hooks -- the opening is kind of wide and I don't want to bend it, but these are light and I could foresee losing one if you're not careful.The prince point is fantastic on these -- most Anna Beck danglies are several hundred dollars, so these are a fantastic entry-level pair. Best birthday gift yet!
