Nothing special for me

A few months back I consulted with a Dr. Perricone product expert at Sephora and picked up a few products from the doctor's SUPER line. Some of them I have loved, some I have hated, and some I am feeling torn in the middle. This one was honestly nothing special for me.For those of you that don't know, The Super line by Dr. Nicholas Perricone features more affordable products that are based on antioxidant superfoods like acai, chia seeds and coconut water. Aside from being more affordable than other Perricone lines, Super is aimed at those who favor organic personal care products. I have had much greater success with this line as compared to his original line, so if you have sensitive skin and/or prefer organic lines. I suggest checking it out.This eye cream is supposed to prime, hydrate, and de-puff. It is supposed to delivers wide-awake peepers that look perfectly perky and impossibly fresh. Cartenoids are the "it" antioxidant: found in juicy melons, they help keep even the most delicate skin around the eyes radiant, youthful, and camera-ready.I have almost used a whole container and I haven't seen any great results. It's not as hydrating as I would like. It has a nice light texture for daytime use. It is not heavy enough for nighttime use. As an AM treatment it does do the trick to prime eyes for concealer. This might be a good starter eye cream for younger gals but its not quite hydrating enough for my liking. The texture (while light enough for daytime use) is also a bit too thin for me. It does absorb quickly though and because of that it is good for under makeup.For this price, it should really make more of a difference. Best Eye Cream Ever!

I've looked high and low and this is by far the best eye cream I've found. It's not greasy and can easily go on under make up. The smell is amazing. I've had no issues with it what so ever. It depuffs nicely, but I don't have really puffy eyes to start with...so if that's what you are looking for, I can't really speak to that aspect from a severe place. I have noticed smalls lines that have disappeared.Overall, LOVE this!!
