Gourgeous quality, but a bit hard to double up

This necklace is beautiful in person. Immediately upon taking it out of the pouch I noticed its "heft" compared to flimsy costume jewelry. I think it is worth the price, and is a classic, timeless piece.The coin shapes have the pretty dotted inlay print as is typical of Anna Beck designs. It looks good as a long, single strand or doubled up for a shorter layered look. I love how the discs almost lay flat against my skin; the don't flop around or droop down. It looks fabulous with business attire, or any occasion for that matter.I think it would have been nice for this necklace to be about two inches longer, or include a clasp. There is no clasp, just a continuous strand. So if you want to double it up you have barely any slack to get the second loop over your head. I can see why they made it this length though, because once that second loop is over your head, it is a really pretty and flattering length.
